THE GYM NEXT DOOR is family-owned and operated in CARPINTERIA, CA.Our facility opened its doors  March  2012, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Our services are unique, come in and become part of the family.
Meet your coaches & our staff ::

Cynthia :  Owner. AFAA PT and SilverSneakers instructor and holds certifications in Nutrition for optimal aging, Brain Health, Stability, fall prevention. She is currently working on Naturpathic studies, Nidra Yoga, Breath work for asthma, copd, ptsd, vertigo and Tapping. She will challenge you and but also knows the struggles with mind body connection and mobility.

Ruben :  Owner. Brings his light heart, mindfulness, and strong body to his personal coaching style and gives us that male perspective of body mechanics.

Amanda : Will greet you for your tour. Instructor, and trainer.
